The STAR (Staff Talents and Abilities Recognition) Awards are the highlight of School Support Service's annual staff conference day. These awards recognize all the important contributions made by staff day-in and day-out in this division. Nominations are accepted for candidates who exemplify the mission, values and practices of Capital Region BOCES. The annual award categories are: creative, customer-driven, dedicated, integrity, leadership, student-centered, supportive, and teamwork.
