IMPORTANT UPDATE:  Payroll Information Forms Coming Soon!

For 11 and 12 month employees, the Payroll Information Form is scheduled for imminent arrival.  The Payroll Information Form is the annual reporting to the employee of salary and other benefits the employee is scheduled to receive or, in the case of leave time, has accumulated along with the leave time forthcoming for the 2008-09 year.  This information will be received in a Potpourri memo that will be mailed separately from the pay check/statement.  For those employees working less than 11 months, the Payroll Information Form will be received closer to the beginning of their work year.

This is an important sheet to review and return to the payroll office.  There are instructions on the form that indicate the process for returning it to payroll, including instructions for working with payroll if the employee feels there is incorrect information on the form received.  Even if you feel the form is correct, it needs be signed and returned to payroll.  At the same time, employees are encouraged to keep a copy of the form for their own records and use the form during the year to keep track of their own leave times.

Thanks for your attention to this important employee material and your return of it to the payroll office.

Why an Intranet for SSS?

Whether you are looking for a particular form or have a question about hiring or budget protocols -- you can now look to the SSS Staff Intranet! Special thanks to Maryann Osborn, Vicky Schweizer, and Heather Faubert for their help in managing this information, and to Bonnie Minick and Ken Petersen for the design and launch of this great new resource for our division!
